Water Sourcing and Management 

Clifton provides engineering solutions to challenges involving water. We work with commercial and industrial clients to develop groundwater supplies for steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) operations throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Groundwater supply location and management involves expertise from multiple practice groups. SAGD facilities frequently draw on water supplies from a river, requiring intake structures. To correctly size the intake structures and chose the correct structure for the project and the river, we create customized cross-disciplinary teams.
